For PropertyGuys.com CEO Ken LeBlanc, a daily commute during his second year at Atlantic Baptist University led to his inspiration. “During my travels back and forth to university I would see a number of ‘for sale by owner’ signs on lawns but I also noticed the lack of success the majority of these people were experiencing, primarily because of minimal exposure,” says LeBlanc. “So, that made me think of creating an Internet community for local ‘for sale by owners’ to post their homes and thus capitalize on the exposure of the World Wide Web.”
