Aside from his active community involvement with various non-profit organizations, including sitting on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Franchise Association, he spends countless hours evaluating real estate trends, franchising models and web technologies.

Dale Betts, MBA, AIT, MCP COO

As an accomplished IT professional with numerous distinctions, Mr. Betts is responsible for all technology implementations at PropertyGuys.com. In addition to his extensive business and technical background, his motivated work ethic and personable style make him a much-respected member of the executive team. Jeremy Demont, BBA Administrative Support

In addition to his background in business administration, his professionalism and team-centered management style give him the skills to run a great ship. On his off time, you might find him serving in advisory roles for local youth facilities and entrepreneurship programs.

Gair Maxwell Franchise Training Facilitator

As the driving force behind the PropertyGuys.com national franchise training program, Gair Maxwell brings clarity to the process of becoming a successful franchise owner and a Private Sale Professional. As a published author and an active member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, Mr. Maxwell brings a wealth of experience to the head office team as a key resource for the franchisee training program held at PropertyGuys.com University (PGU). The PGU curriculum is specifically designed around leadership, brand management, business management, effective communications and sales.

Ryan Maxwell Art Director / Graphic Designer

Ryan Maxwell turns ideas into pictures �and pictures into results. As a design professional, Ryan has helped many organizations develop memorable brand identity. Ryan brings a fresh perspective to the advertising industry, a world he entered at the age of 16 as a Co-op student. He has already worked with a number of Atlantic Canada�s top firms, during that time he has spearheaded numerous advertising/branding initiatives and counseled a diverse clientele. Ryan was also recognized this year for the re-branding of PropertyGuys.com after taking home a Canadian Franching Association Frankie Award.

BJ Wagner Franchise Coach

BJ joined the PropertyGuys.com Home Office team after running her own successful business, a childcare centre that employs 5 people and cares for 40 children. As the recipient of the Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur of the Year award, a former Century 21 Realtor and several years in business banking at RBC, BJ brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to ensure our Franchisee’s success.

Wayne Chase Professional Photographer

Wayne Chase has enjoyed more than 30 years as an award-winning photographer, with work featured in Time Magazine as well as MacLean’s, Canadian Living and Chatelaine. His work in the business world has attracted commercial clients such as General Motors, McDonald’s, Canadian National Railways, the CBC and the Government of Canada. He has also photographed an impressive cast of notables and celebrities, Prime Ministers & Pontiffs. With a specialization in Real Estate photography, Mr. Chase is a regular guest speaker at PGU, where he provides key tips and pointers to franchise operators for representing clients’ homes in the best possible way.
