PropertyGuys.com Birthplace Changes Hands

August 10, 2005 – Moncton, NB: PropertyGuys.com – Canada’s leading private sale real estate marketing company – is happy to report it is experiencing growing pains.

With more than 50 franchise locations across the country, and its first Master Franchise Agreement in place, the company has decided to relinquish hands-on service delivery to concentrate on continuing its fast-track growth strategy. This includes its Moncton franchise, the first PropertyGuys.com location in Canada.

Ken LeBlanc, founder and president of PropertyGuys.com, says, “Even though it’s difficult to do, we needed to let go in order for the company to continue to grow.”

Not only is it a strategic move that will allow the company to grow, but it’s also good news for the franchise itself because of Donny Legere. LeBlanc is confident that residents who have come to know and love PropertyGuys.com will be equally impressed with Legere. “He has a high energy level, is very assertive, has lightning-fast decision-making reflexes, and most importantly, he believes in PropertyGuys.com and the service we provide.”

A career salesman with strong entrepreneurial instincts, Donny Legere says he was hooked on PropertyGuys.com since his first meeting with the company several months ago. “I was so impressed by the system of PropertyGuys.com that I began to work towards the acquisition right away!”

Legere knows he has large shoes to fill but he intends to take advantage of the company’s brand recognition and early momentum to increase sales and out-perform records set in past years. “I can’t wait to start helping people sell their homes in a professional and cost-effective manner,” he says eagerly.

“I’m confident Moncton is in good hands,” says LeBlanc. “I predict Donny will have considerable long-term success with our company.”
