Ken LeBlanc, President and CEO of PropertyGuys.com. is pleased to announce the appointment of Dale Betts to the position of Chief Operating Officer. This decision is part of PropertyGuys.com’s effort to focus its resources on continuous development and strengthening of its national private sale system. As COO, Mr. Betts will be responsible for the company’s internal operations including project management of information technology, administration, finance, and franchise owner support.

Mr. Betts began working with PropertyGuys.com in 2001 when the company transitioned from a local private sale system to a national private sale network of franchise locations. As Director of Information Technology, he was instrumental in creating the consumer portal where home sellers showcase their properties and the franchise administration studio which now supports a national system that has over 80 licensed franchise locations across Canada.
